Kickstarter Collective Orders

We have built up a community participating in collective orders from Kickstarter and other crowdfunding platforms. The aim for backers is to manage group purchases in order to save shipping costs by purchasing multiple copies and sharing the pledge. As a campaing creator this can have an impact on your funding curve.

In addition to the reduced burden of international shipping costs publishers often grant a discount to group pledges, making them even more attractive. The combined value of the group purchase can significantly increase funding at the very moment it needs some momentum.

Where and how?

The place where we meet and list items for group purchases is BoardGameGeek. Over there a so called GeekList allows us board game lovers to find pledging partners and organize the group purchases. This is achieved by (1.) adding the game titles to the list and (2.) discussing group deals in the comments to each game.

Read more over at BoardGameGeek, where we explain in detail how it works. Feel free to contribute to the list, we bid you welcome.

You may also subscribe to our mailing list to get informed about new opportunities.

Campaigns that we have supported

This is an excerpt of Kickstarter campaigns that were successfully funded and supported with our collective order group. Some of them, like New Bedford with no less than 42 supporters (> $1200). Not to mention Santorini with a mega-group-buy of 150 participants or Sentinels of the Multiverse with nearly $5.000.
